The list of historic cars restored, repaired, recommissioned and recreated by Jim Stokes Workshops is virtually a who’s who of automotive legends.
From Aston Martins to Zagato Alfas, they have all received the same passionate attention to detail and fanatical engineering quality that ensures they continue to delight their owners.

Alfa Romeo 158 'Alfetta'
From a discovered collection of new parts from the legendary Portello factory, to a reborn Alfetta 158 grand prix car. Years in the making and using all of JSWL’s experience and skill this almost mythical car is ready to astonish spectators just as it would have done over 60 years ago. Combining the talents of JSWL, TripleM and South Shore the Jim Stokes Workshops Group has created a work of art. One that just happens to be the most successful grand prix car of all time.
Alfa Romeo 8C Zagato
These legendary pre-war Alfa Romeos, both 6C and 8C variants, are the cars that Jim Stokes Workshops has built it's reputation on. So when a long standing owner of an 8C Zagato required his car to be fully rebuilt there was only one workshop it was likely to find itself in. This particular car has been campaigned extensively over many years and was showing it's competitive history, so required a complete strip down, restoration and repaint before being reassembled and returned to it's owner.
AC Aceca
With a connection to one of the great names of British endevour, the Donald Campbell 'Bluebird' AC Aceca has been a truly special car to restore. Requiring complete renovation of the body before being painted in the legendary 'Bluebird' blue, our coachworks division (South Shore Coachworks) have revived a piece of British history.
